KeySoft LLC (“KeySoft”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use it, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

KeySoft LLC is a software development company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry through a form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you enter. If you reach us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Our web server records standard technical information each time a page is requested: IP address, browser type and version, the page you came from, and the date and time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure.

How we use your information

  • To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
  • To prepare the proposals, estimates and contracts you have asked for.
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot this website.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.

Legal basis for processing

Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping this site secure. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the equivalent bases under the GDPR apply.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser stores a single item locally, under the key keysoftkg-theme, to remember whether you chose the light or dark version of the site. It never leaves your browser, is never sent to us, and clearing your browsing data removes it.

WordPress, the platform this site runs on, sets functional cookies only for users who sign in to the site’s administration area. Ordinary visitors receive none.

Third-party services

We keep third parties to a minimum. Those currently involved are:

  • Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
  • Our hosting provider, which processes server logs and email delivery on our behalf.

Enquiries you send arrive by email and are stored in our corporate mailbox. We disclose your details to no one else, unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, so that a conversation can be picked up where it left off. Where a project goes ahead, the related records are kept for as long as the contract and applicable accounting rules require. Server logs are rotated within 12 months.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to our mailbox and to site administration is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and provide a copy;
  • correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete data we no longer have a reason to keep;
  • restrict or object to a particular use of it;
  • withdraw consent you previously gave.

Write to info@keysoft-dev.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the UAE Data Office, or to your local supervisory authority if you are outside the UAE.

International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates. If you contact us from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in the UAE, and by the service providers named above, which may operate servers in other countries.

Children

This site is addressed to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the applicable law change. The date shown at the top of this page is when it was last revised.
