Bishkek Petroleum, the oil giant of Kyrgyzstan, has asked our team to develop a solution that will provide unique value to their customers and improve the quality of their services. We have created a mobile application that allows drivers to quickly find the nearest gas station and buy services or goods in its online store. Our team also provided the customer with a CRM system that interacts with the mobile application, processing and responding to driver requests.

Our software development specialists used the Node backend.js and the Quasar interface to create a multifunctional solution. We have applied the microservices architecture to quickly and efficiently provide a cross-platform mobile application with the necessary functions. This application is aimed at Bishkek Petroleum customers and includes the following features:

  • Integration with Yandex Maps, which allows drivers to find and route to the nearest Bishkek Petroleum gas station;
  • An automatic car refueling feature that allows drivers to refuel their cars by scanning QR codes at fuel stations;
  • Integration with various payment systems, including Pay24, UniPay, Quickpay, etc.
  • The loyalty program, which connects to users’ personal wallets, allows them to receive bonuses and participate in company promotions.

We also connected the mobile application to the CRM system. It provides the company’s administrators with the following features:

  • Managing and identifying new customers;
  • Creation of personal bonus wallets provided to customers;
  • Functionality for managing the company’s loyalty program;
  • Monitoring transactions and bonuses;
  • Manage gas stations using the dynamic map in the app;
  • Mobile Application Content Management;
  • Integration with the 1C corporate management system;
  • A messaging feature for customer support.

The customer wanted our team to develop a comprehensive solution that includes a mobile application and a CRM system. The solution was supposed to provide users with a wide range of features, including payment options and QR scanning. Therefore, both parts of the platform had to be equipped with several services. Some of these services required complex integration. In addition, we needed to ensure that the mobile application and the CRM system interacted perfectly with each other and worked smoothly under various data loads.
