Keremet Bank OJSC is the legal successor of the rights, assets and liabilities of Rosinbank OJSC. Since October 2018, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic became the main owner of the bank's shareholding, whose share after the last issue, announced in December 2020, amounted to 97.45%.
